Received by: Cloudflare, Inc., which may process this data outside your country. Data: requested page address, the date and time, browser and device type (user agent), your device's IP address.
Web server log. Retention time: 30 days. Why: running the site, finding faults and keeping it secure. Data: the date and time, page you came from (referrer), your device's IP address, browser and device type (user agent), HTTP response code, requested page address, response size. Received by: the company that hosts the site's server. Only when a request fails does the error log keep the requested address and the IP address.
Clicks on buttons to operators. Why: sending you to the operator's site and tallying referrals. Received by: the company hosting the site's server. Data: identifier of the click, the request method, HTTP response code, page of the click, site, button position, the date and time, the offer behind the button. Recorded only for clicks on buttons that go to an operator's site.
Routing of clicks. Your IP address and browser details are needed only at the moment of the click and are not kept. Received by: the publisher's click server. Why: routing the click to the right offer and filtering automated traffic.
Data: button position, identifier of the click, device type, the offer behind the button, the date and time, site, test click flag, page of the click, result of the automated-traffic check.
Country by IP address. Why: sending you to the offer that is available where you are. Received by: our click server. Data: country (worked out from the IP address). The country is read in a locally stored GeoLite2 database on the click server; the IP address is passed to no one for this.
Affiliate programme. All this site gives to the programme is the click identifier: no name, e-mail address, feedback message or other contact details. Data: status of the event, the currency, the kind of event (registration or deposit), amount sent with the event, the transaction reference, identifier of the click.
Why: letting the programme report a registration or deposit that comes after your click. Received by: the operator's affiliate programme; after the click the operator handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Messages from the feedback form. Only the message field is compulsory, and a reply requires an email address; against spam (repeated sending), we keep a hash of the IP address rather than the address itself; you can use the same form to ask us to remove your message sooner.
Our database backups, which can hold messages, are kept for no longer than 12 months and are then deleted. Why: handling your suggestion or complaint about the site and replying to it; we use your name and email address only to answer, and for nothing beyond that. Retention time: 30 days; after that they are deleted.
Data: your name (optional), a salted hash of your IP address, your email address (only if you want a reply), the text of your message, the date and time, page the message was sent from. Received by: only the editors of this site; messages are held on a server of our own and are neither sold nor shared.
Not part of this site: mailing lists, outside scripts, advertising pixels, visitor profiling, web analytics, ads from third parties.
